If a customer orders product through the web shop, and their a complete payment has not been received within 7 days of purchase, the order will be cancelled by “la forgerone”.
Please contact “la forgerone” ( Yuki Okamoto) within 3 days of delivery. If the product is damaged upon delivery please be sure to obtain the delivery agent’s information.
If the product has a clear cosmetic finishing related issues, or weak forging, please be sure to contact “la forgerone” ( Yuki Okamoto) about the issue.

All product shipped to customers, is shipped in perfect condition/ good standing order and is damage free. If when you receive your product and it is broken in any way, please be sure to speak with the Shipping company. “la forgerone” does not take or accept responsibility in the these situations.
